Mr. Tang is a founding partner of the firm. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of Connecticut, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Tang has successfully mediated, arbitrated, and tried numerous cases to verdict.

Mr. Tang handles matters involving corporate law, liquor liability, trucking accidents, motor vehicle torts, premises liability, insurance coverage and reinsurance, construction litigation, bad faith litigation, worker's compensation, subrogation, products liability and environmental law. Mr. Tang has spoken at numerous lectures and seminars involving motor vehicle liability, social host liability, premises liability, bad faith litigation, and other related topics. He has also spoken at the American Licensed Beverage Association Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada to the hospitality industry on numerous occasions.

Mr. Maravelis is a founding partner of the firm. His practice focuses on municipal litigation, general liability, products liability, and construction litigation in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Additionally, his practice concentrates on all aspects of insurance related litigation, with particular emphasis on coverage analysis, bad faith, property, and third party insurance litigation. Mr. Maravelis has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict in the Massachusetts and New Hampshire trial courts.

Mr. Maravelis has written and spoken at numerous lectures and seminars on issues including expert witnesses, municipal law, motor vehicle litigation, and employment practices.
